Extracellular Vesicles (EV 2025)

25-27 juin 2025

Registration and abstract submission

Extracellular Vesicles (EVs) are now recognized as key players in development, aging, and disease. Research has unveiled the remarkable structural and functional diversity of EVs across all cell types and species, in a wide range of physiological and pathological contexts. This growing field attracts significant interest from diverse disciplines and countries, driving the emergence of innovative projects in both fundamental and translational/clinical research.

French academic laboratories are at the forefront of this international effort. However, accelerating the translation of fundamental discoveries into novel biomarkers and therapeutic strategies requires high-precision tools specifically designed for EV research. Additionally, deeper mechanistic insights into EV biology are essential to ensure robust and meaningful clinical applications.

At the initiative of Inserm’s Thematic Institutes (ITs) and the FSEV, the EV 2025 meeting will focus on:

  • Recent advances in understanding the biology and function of EVs.
  • Cutting-edge developments in the detection, isolation, and characterization of EVs for disease research, including their engineering and therapeutic applications.

EV 2025 will provide an opportunity to present the state-of-the-art and to assess the community's readiness to tackle specific public-health challenges through EV research and innovation.

We will select oral presentations, please apply!
